Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the For Men: Period Tracker app, published by Alphazerv. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, delete the app.

What the app does

You enter cycle dates yourself, and the app estimates the phases and upcoming dates from what you entered. Estimates are only as good as the dates you give it, and real cycles shift.

Not medical advice

The app is for personal organisation. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Do not use it for contraception, to plan or avoid a pregnancy, or to diagnose anything. For health questions, talk to a doctor.

Other people's data

If you record someone else's cycle, that is your responsibility. Get their consent and follow the law where you live. Do not use the app to monitor or pressure anyone.

Subscriptions

Pro is sold as an auto-renewable subscription, offered as Weekly Pro or Yearly Pro. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The price and any free trial length are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.

The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage the subscription or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms, not by us.

Your data

Everything you enter is stored on your phone. Read the Privacy Policy for the detail. Because we hold no copy, losing your phone or deleting the app means losing the data, and we cannot restore it.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or modify the app, and do not use it to break the law.

Ownership

Alphazerv owns the app, its name, and its design. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control. That licence ends if you stop following these terms.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise that reminders always arrive on time, that estimates are correct, or that the app runs without faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that follow from using it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms. Apple has no obligation to support the app and is not responsible for it. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes

We publish any update on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
